Dear Sirs, I just came back from your store on Downey Ave. and Gardendale. It involved dealing with your wonderful employee Marybelle, Cashier 1420 at Register 007. She is in the bakery department. What beautiful service she gives. She has just enough patience to keep her customers feeling good. I came in with my gardener who wanted to get a cake for his son's birthday today. He made his choice and we got the cake and ice cream too! Remember the Thrifty ice cream counters and Thrifty Drug Stores? Back to Marybelle at the Paramount store. She is "A-1" in my book! My favorite convenience market. I love the tortillas they make in store. Their bolillos are the best around. The sweet bread or pan dulce is the best! Good prices on fruits and veggies. The produce is always nice and clean. The deli or meat market is very sanitary. Always nice and clean. Great customer service.

The staff is so incredible. They keep the store clean, they are working not on their phones or talking to each other. They are pleasant and helpful if you need assistance. The bakery, Tim. The wonderful smells of the bakery made me want to eat pastries and I usually don't.

This market is super clean, neat and organized. All the labels face the same direction, centered, and pulled forward. Even the chip bags were tucked and uniform. Staff was helpful and friendly. The bakery was packed with delicious goodies. Got baked chicken from the deli, a big peanut butter cookie, and water, good prices, fast checkout. First time here, good market. Happy shopping.

I love this market. It's smaller, however, carries all the basics. They have a butcher counter, bakery, and a great produce area. Unlike, the bigger chains the produce here is mostly unprocessed and reminds me of produce from my youth. The staff is friendly and helpful . This is our go-to grocery store.

The staff are always helpful. The meat and produce are fresh. They have a great bakery with daily made tortillas de marina. Their prices are comparable to big stores with less wait in line to pay. They always open check stands as needed.

Amazing selection of fresh groceries. Lots of parking. Amazing bakery. Got some great sweet bread. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
